Residential - Mold Remediation

Mold is the most common by-product of water damage, with growth beginning within 72 hours of a water damage event. Exposure to mold can cause slight to sever health effects which is why it is necessary to properly remediate it. Our licensed mold contractors will work closely with a third party Industrial Hygienist to address the areas of concern and remediate those areas to prevent further damages and health concerns.

First, containment will be set up to isolate the affected area. HEPA filtration units will be set up within this area to establish an environment with negative pressure in order to remove mold spores from the contaminated air. All affected building materials will be removed, double bagged, and hauled off site. Areas will be cleaned and sanitized with an antimicrobial disinfectant.  When necessary, a chemical sealant will be applied to prevent future mold growth. Air testing will be performed at the completion of the job to ensure a successful mold remediation.
